  • No, the food does not come cooked. All the food is cooked at your place on the Outer Banks. We offer two options:

    Our Boilmaster Experience provides a simple DIY meal kit, along with a 15 minute coaching session. Allow for 1-1.5 hours from delivery to the time you plan on eating. We provide everything you need: the seafood, sausage, pot, cooker, spices, vegetables, seasoning, cocktail sauce, and more.

    For our Private Chef Service, we do all the work so that you can sit back and relax! This service includes: setting up the jet cooker, preparing your meal, decorating the table (we provide tablecloth, napkins, plates and utensils), setting up for buffet service or a table spread, and sharing a few local tales for your enjoyment!

  • Use our reservation page. We’ll call or text within 72 hours and provide a quote. Once your reservation is made, we hold your slot with a credit card number. We’ll charge you on the Monday before your event.

  • No. We’ll bring the pot that you need for your boil! (From 8 qt to 100 qt)

  • It depends. Gas stoves can handle our 40 qt pot (up to 24 people). Electric coil stoves can usually handle our 32 qt pot (up to 16 people). Flat top electric stoves vary, but newer models can also handle the 32 qt pots (up to 16 people). For larger boils, we recommend our jet cooker.

  • Every seafood boil comes with shrimp. We also offer snow crab clusters, lobster tail, whole lobster, mussels, clams, and scallops.

  • Yes. We deliver and offer our private chef service to the 4x4 area of the Outer Banks (Northern Corolla and Carova). However, there’s a fee to cover the additional expenses. If you’re ordering from this area, we encourage you to schedule your boil for Friday. We have running “4x4 Friday” specials!

  • Typically, yes. For delivery, we can meet you in the middle at the Oregon Inlet fishing center, which is about 20 minutes from the northern Hatteras beaches (Rodanthe, Waves, Salvo). For larger groups, delivery and Private Chef services are available with an additional fee. For Southern Hatteras island (Avon, Buxton, Frisco, Hatteras) please call to inquire.

  • We have 4 convenient drop-off locations. One for Nags Head, another for Kill Devil Hills and Kitty Hawk, another for Southern Shores and Duck, and one for Corolla. You can click here for more details.

  • Not a problem! We offer vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. We also have options for those with shellfish or other allergies.
